Rosie this mac and cheese looks delicious. You mentioned flour when preparing this recipe but there is no ingredient calling for flour on the recipe posted.

I made this recipe but took a guess at the amt. of flour in the ingredients.

What is the exact amt. of flour needed for this mac and cheese.

Mine turned out ok, but I am thinking it could have been better. Also need clarification regarding cheeses. You put some in the sauce. Some may believe all of the cheese goes in the half and half which was not the case.

    I little confusing.

    help.

I observed your video while making this mac and cheese. When adding ingredients you added flour. There is no flour listed on the list of ingredients.

How much flour does this recipe call for?

    Thanks in advance

PS. The peach cobbler was banging.

So glad to find this recipe. My sister made the Mac&Cheese for all our family gatherings and I surly at my fair share.I never got around to getting her recipe and she has passed away. I sadly have made some bad efforts trying to find it but now I have.
You have given me back very fond memories anda heavenly dish to go with it.
    THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
