Hey cousins! I’ve been getting a couple of requests for quick and easy lunch recipes; therefore, I’m going to share this super easy recipe for chicken salad with grapes. Now, before y’all come for me, YES – with grapes. I must admit, I thought it was a weird combination for years. This isn’t a salad that I grew up eating. It is actually something that I started to enjoy these past couple of years.

How to Make Chicken Salad with Grapes

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 lbs cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, quartered
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

For the chicken, you can either make it yourself, buy store-bought rotisserie chicken or use canned chicken.

Diced chicken in a white bowl, sliced celery and quartered red grapes on a marble cutting board.

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix to incorporate ingredients until well blended.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

What to do with leftover chicken salad with grapes:

If you have any leftovers, store in an airtight container. Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

I made the ham with the pineapples and cherries and OMG it was unbelievably great. The whole family loved it and kept saying what did you put in that ham again?! Thanks. Your recipes are great.
