    Dear Rosie,

Your recipe is a game changer. We are so excited we found your site! My daughters (5, 3) and husband (49) are over the top with your stovetop mac n cheese. I usually boil and drain the macaroni, then start a roux, but clearly there’s a better way. Amazing recipe, so creamy, and lots of options.

We will be trying your French toast and caramel cake recipes as well (and I’m sure others!). Thanks so much, Rosie.

I am a BIG Rosie fan! I’ve made several of your recipes and they’ve become family favorites. Usually, Southern baked mac and cheese is the go to, but this Easter I had too many things in the oven so I thought I’d try the stovetop mac and cheese. My oldest son is the biggest mac & cheese lover but he hates velveeta. Well, He LOVED this recipe!! And it couldn’t be any easier to make, everything in one pot. Thank you for yet another great recipe!
