An Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe!

Hey friends! These past few weeks I’ve shared a recipe for Oven Baked BBQ Ribs and Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken. This time around I’m going to share my easy slow cooker BBQ pulled pork recipe.

I WAS going to make a video for this recipe, but a video is not needed. It’s just that easy. All you have to do is season the pork, toss it into the slow cooker, shred the meat, then add sauce…How simple is that? Take a look!

A prepared, perfectly seasoned pork shoulder in the slow cooker.

First you take some pork shoulder roast and season it with smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, brown sugar and etc.

Shredded tender pork and tangy BBQ sauce simmering in a slow cooker.

Cook the roast on low for 4 hours, then shred the meat and add sauce. Let cook for an additional 2 hours (still on low), and you’re done!

Tender and savory slow cooked BBQ pulled pork simmering in a slow cooker. This recipe is fool-proof, easy and so tasty!

I gave 5 stars because I know it is going be good You areca great cook. I have Ingredients on hand because I when store yesterday and got ingredients for the st Louis style baked ribs. Ibhavnt make it yet. When I do I let you vknow how it turn out. I had hardest time finding liquid smoke in Walmart. I found it and stock guy was like is it good and how much does it cost. I told him you had recipe all your recipes are good. I wasn’t finding dry mustard we finally found McCormick ground mustard . it was almost five dollars. I almost had heart attack.lol. I am cheap . but I know it will be good. I am glad I be able use dry. Mustard kosher salt, vinger, and liquid smoke and hickory barbeque sauce in this recipe and your best baked st .Louis ribs. Thanks to you Rosie I am becoming a great cook.

    Hey Rosie,
I made this over the weekend and it was delicious!! The whole family loved it! Flavorful, juicy, tender- my new favorite pulled pork recipe!
I don’t know if it was my crock pot, but I had to cook it about two hours extra to make the pork tender enough to pull. I think next time I’ll cook it on high for the first four hours and see how that goes!
Again, fabulous recipe and one I’ll use over and over!!
Love, love, love your blog, girlfriend!! Keep up the great work!❤️

Hi Lisa! I’m unsure why it took your pork longer to cook. It definitely could have been the slow cooker. Glad that you liked the recipe!
